Research On Optimization Of Financial Shared Management In S University

Information technology,big data,cloud computing,Internet + and many other technologies develop fast in recent years.They continuously promote reforms in various fields.There is no surprise that the traditional financial management mode has also been affected.With more and more multinational enterprises establishing financial sharing service centers or platforms,colleges and universities are also seeking to change.For colleges and universities,the disadvantages brought by the traditional financial management mode,such as low working efficiency,complex process,weak management and control,have been unable to meet the current development and demand.The advantages of the optimization and integration of financial sharing services,reducing costs,improving efficiency and so on,provide new ideas for the reform of financial management mode in Colleges and universities.Under the influence of the general trend,the rise of financial sharing service is both an opportunity and a challenge.By analyzing the situation of financial management and the theory and application of financial sharing service in colleges and universities,this paper selects S University as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial management through the methods of questionnaire and case study.It is found that with the promotion of "Double Tops" construction,the business process is more and more complex,the efficiency of cross department cooperation is low and the resources are shared the problems of low enjoyment and low efficiency have become common in the financial management of S University.In order to solve these problems,a specific optimization scheme based on financial sharing service,business process optimization,information system and human resources optimization is formulated for the financial management of S University.Based on the above research and analysis,this paper presents a universal optimization scheme,which provides some ideas and strategies for other universities in financial sharing service management.
