In the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, it is said that the education should be satisfied for people, and the non-government funded education should play a more positive role during the development of China education, because the non-government funded education will be an important increase point and the significant strength for China education. In recent years, the non-government funded higher education has grown to be the important component of the China higher vocational education but not the supplementary part as it was in the past. The non-government funded higher education’s contribution is great and active in regional economy and education development. And so the report of Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC also emphasized that the nationwide fitness program should be developed in order to raise the mass sport and the competitiveness of people’s athlete. P. E. (physical education) courses are an effective way for higher vocational school to implement the mass sport. P. E. courses are the fundamental requirement from society development to higher vocational person, which is one of important standards about the higher vocational school’s whole education.Depend on the capital educational advantages, the non-government funded higher education in Beijing has developed fast. But P. E. of Beijing’s non-government funded higher schools still have difference with the normal higher schools. This thesis is according to domestic experts’ and professional literatures which are all about P. E. courses in the normal higher schools and the ono-government founded higher schools. Through the study of P. E. courses in five non-government funded higher schools in Beijing whose development is steady, and using the descriptive statist ics method, the main questions of P. E. courses establishment that exits in Beijing’s non-government funded higher schools have been found. Then, some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of Beijing’s non-government funded higher schools P. E.Through the analysis following conclusions are obtained. The guiding ideology that is health first and life-long education, instructional objectives and organizational method of non-government funded higher schools P. E. all conforms to the requirement of the new national outline. P.E. courses establishment is too simple, too traditional and unreasonable. P. E. courses hour does not reach the national standard. The proportion between P. E. teachers and students in Beijing’s non-government funded higher schools is insufficient. The positional titles of P. E. teachers are not justifiable. The P. E. teachers are little young. On the other hand, the evaluation system for the P. E. courses in non-government funded higher schools need innovate and the athletic facilities in non-government funded higher schools need optimize. For these reasons there are some suggestions, include:improving the policies and mechanism to strengthen the management, adjusting the P. E. courses institution and optimizing the evaluation system, strengthening the construction of the P. E. teachers’stuff to improving the quality of the P. E. teachers, increasing the capital investment to better the education environment and increasing the sport stadium’s building.
