| In July 2018,the Implementation Measures of the Policy on Government-funded Normal School Students directly under the Ministry of Education had been forwarded by the general office of the state council,marking that "Tuition-free Education"updated to a new era of" Government-funded Education" for normal school students in China.On the basis of inheriting the previous policy of "two exemptions and one supplement" and"enrolling in posts" for tuition-free normal school students,the policy adjusted the service period of students after graduation to 6 years,and improved the performance management policy.The improvement of Government-funded Education Policy for normal school students aims to attract outstanding students to be teachers,cultivate a large number of teachers with ideal and belief,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and loving hearts,and create a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and education.It can be seen that cultivating normal school students with lofty ideals and beliefs is inherent requirement of Government-funded Education Policy in the new era.As the preparatory talents of future excellent teachers and educators,the group of government-funded normal university students shoulders the responsibility of cultivating new people in the future,which has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life in the society.And the educational problem on the ideal and belief of government-funded normal school students has become an important subject of ideological and political education research.Taking Central China Normal University for example,by adopting the combination of empirical research and literature analysis method,and combining Marxist philosophy with psychology-related theories,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the current situationn,reasons and guiding countermeasures of ideal and beliefs of government-normal school students and the study of educational guidance.The full-text is divided into four parts:The first part illustrates the significance of scientific ideal and belief to the normal school students.In author's opinion,the establishment of scientific ideal and belief is conducive to the improvement of ideological quality of government-funded normal school students,the stimulation of their learning motivation,and the adaptation to construction of education teams in the new era.The second part summarizes and analyzes the recent status of the ideal and belief of government-funded normal school students by empirical investigation.The result shows that the government-funded normal school students have a clear understanding of the importance of ideal and belief,and most of them agree with teaching people,have firm political ideals as well as social responsibility,and attach importance to the practice of ideals.However,some government-funded normal school students have deviations and deficiencies in the ideal and belief.In cognition:the vagueness of ideal and belief,the neglect of the establishment of political ideals,the lack of the spirit of hard work.In practice:hope to become an excellent teacher,but can't adhere to the plan in action,can recognize the relationship between individual ideal and social ideal,but pay more attention to personal interests,agree with the teacher's professional ethics norms,but ignore their own moral cultivation and improvement in action.The third part explores the causes of the problems existing in ideals and beliefs of the government-funded normal school students.The reasons are manifold,the study found that,the main reasons are:the interest-driven market system affects their value orientation,the belief crisis of multi-values affects their value judgment,the value guidance of their ideological and political theory courses is lack of pertinence and effectiveness,and their psychological development is not yet mature.The fourth part,In view of the above problems and causes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for guiding the ideal and belief of government-funded normal school students.According to the self-identity theory of psychology,on the premise of students' psychological characteristics and development needs,from the perspective of school education,puts forward countermeasures at the main channel of ideological and political theory,cultivation of campus cultural environment and strengthening of government-funded normal school students' education practice,in order to find a solution to the problem of ideal and belief of government-funded normal school students. |
