Youth is the hope of the motherland, whose quality development should rely on family and school education. The quality of school education has a direct relationship with the teachers’job satisfaction. At present, young people’s physique drop sharply in China, which needs the issue of corresponding countermeasures by the government and the PE teachers assumption of the burden of reversing this situation by actively devoting into the sports teaching from primary school to change the current situation. Research on PE teachers’job satisfaction status in the middle school and elementary school and hence putting forward some solutions according to the results has significance on the improvement of young people’physique and formation of a structurally reasonable, stable and high-quality PE teaching staff. It is of great significance to the remote and backward GanNan Tibetan area with poor natural and working conditions, high altitude and shortage of PE teachers.Taking the regularly-employed PE teachers in the primary schools and middle schools in GanNan Tibetan area as the subject, this study makes an investigation on the regularly-employed PE teachers in the 73 primary schools and middle schools in GanNan Tibetan area using literature method, interview method, questionnaire method, and the homemade "Questionnaire on PE Teachers’Job Satisfaction Status in Primary and Middle Schools in GanNan Tibetan Area" and makes a comprehensive and multi-dimensional analysis on PE Teachers’job satisfaction status in GanNan Tibetan area using logical reasoning and mathematical statistics method, and puts forward solutions according to the interview-and-statistical results.The results are as follows:(1) The PE Teachers’job satisfaction status in primary and middle schools in GanNan Tibetan area is designed from seven dimensions:welfare, occupation identity, working environment, leadership and management, colleague relationship, further study and promotion, and student quality.(2) The statistics shows:the PE Teachers’job satisfaction status in primary and middle schools in GanNan Tibetan area is low and the satisfaction average at around 3.1 points. The status ranks from high to low as further study and promotion, student quality, occupation identity, welfare, leadership and management, colleague relationship, and working environment.(3) The PE teachers’job satisfaction status varies according to ages, teaching class, professional ranks, school’s location, seniority, sources of teachers, monthly income; while there is no difference in terms of gender and educational background.(4) There is no difference in terms of gender in primary schools in GanNan Tibetan area; there are differences in leadership and management in middle schools, where man teachers has a lower status than woman teachers; there is a difference between man teachers in primary and middle schools in terms of working environment and student quality; there is a difference between woman teachers in primary and middle schools in terms of working environment and student quality; middle schools teachers has a higher job satisfaction status than primary school teachers in terms of working environment and student quality(5) The local government’s implementation of China’s Tibetan policies has an influence on PE Teachers’job satisfaction status in primary and middle schools in GanNan Tibetan area.
