Hurdles demonstration teaching often use "decomposition and complete method" teaching method, this is now use the highest frequency of teaching method and its advantage is that can make the students good hurdling technique basis and promote students to form the concept of complete movement technology, make the students learn from easy to complex, step by step, but the disadvantage is that the teacher in the classroom is to decompose or complete teaching of movement technology, will not be able to consider, from the individual differences between students make some students can’t keep up with the rhythm of the teachers and the teaching schedule. Therefore adopt different teaching methods can better solve the individual differences between students.To students in class 7 hurdles can master the hurdling technique, this paper studies different frequency of hurdle teaching methods of education college undergraduates hurdling learning effect. Using the literature material law, expert interview method, the teaching experimental method and mathematical statistics, the study effect of education college undergraduate hurdles to experimental research and mathematical analysis. In Beijing sports university sports education specialized undergraduate level 2014 three natural classes as subjects, group use different frequency of 6 kinds of hurdle teaching method, after 7 day lesson, records of the lesson 8 technical score evaluation and training, and the results of experiment data statistics and analysis, draw the following conclusion:1. The three groups of different frequency of usage of six kinds of hurdle teaching methods teaching to the student all affect the technology can improve the evaluation and hurdles.2. The second group and the third group increased by non traditional teaching method using frequency percentage, for students to optimize the problem of practice, is obviously better than that of the first group of student technology evaluation and standard grades of, students learn the hurdle effect more excellent.3. By increasing the use of non-traditional teaching methods frequency, it can solve the problems of student learning hurdles, the second group and the third group of students of technical evaluation and performance standards is almost no difference.4. For the individual differences of students and to master the technical efficiency of the hurdles the use of different frequency of the hurdle teaching method is feasible.5. "Decomposition and complete Law" teaching method is still in a dominant position. "Induced", "multiple Feedback", "complete hierarchical approach" teaching methods used in the teaching process Hurdle high frequency, indicating that student demand for larger, more suitable for short hurdle teaching.Under the current situation of the teaching of the course number of hurdles, the teaching method of the teacher in the teaching method is of reference significance. The new method of hurdle teaching is very urgent and need, this research has certain practical value and guiding value.
