Winter preparation is an important phase to be in form for the competition. The best state of athlete is based on scientific training plan and its implementary effect in winter preparation. The sprint belongs to the periodic speed power project.Now the strength training development trend of the competitive sports is more and more attention to the combination of strength training and sports special characteristics, in order to achieve more ideal strength training effect. Only the strength training of the sprint athlete is combined with the special technique of the sprint, can make the strength training effect is obvious, and the effect of the strength training promote the continuous improvement of the special technology and the improvement of the performance. In this paper, we study the special strength training of the sprint athletes during winter training,strive to provide scientific basis for the special strength training of sprint.Sorting out the special strength training method of the sprint athletes by using the method of literature, observation, expert interview,validating the experimental data by using the experimental method and the statistical analysis of experimental data by using the method of mathematical statistics.Through the research of the special strength training method of the elite female sprint athletes.The conclusions are as follows:1.Ncheon Asian Games women 4x100 m relay athletes prepare for the winter special strength training is divided into three stages, first stage for 7 weeks of strength endurance training, mainly to restore the level of training and reserve physical.The second stage for 7 weeks maximum strength training mainly to improve the maximum power level of the different muscle. The third stage for 4 weeks of burst strength training is mainly to promote the conversion of maximum strength and special speed.2. Adopt different training methods for athletes of the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle joint special strength training and post training athletes to bear a greater intensity of the power load, may play an important role in improving the special achievement.3. Female sprinters after winter training in the preparation period, standing long jump, standing triple jump and standing ten jump performance improve level to a great extent, and maximal strength, speed strength, strength endurance are significantly improved. Female Sprinters in for the winter training period of the special strength training of special high degree, was into special forces.Female sprinters after winter training in the preparation period, 60 meters, 80, 150 meters achievements had enhanced the development, the ability to quickly and maintain maximum speed ability, speed endurance had a substantial raise. Female Sprinters in for the winter special strength training and special conversion, the special strength training method of special produced significant training effect.4.The winter preparation period before and after the isokinetic test, female Sprinters flexion shoulder muscles and stretch shoulder muscles obtained fast strength ability improvement of different degree.hip flexors and extension of the hip muscles fast centrifugal force and centripetal forces were improved.knee flexion muscles and knee extensor muscle group of high-speed centrifugal force were greatly improved; ankle flexion extensors high-speed centrifugal force had been greatly improved.
