Social Work Intervent In Rural Areas Left-behind Women Mother And Daughter Relationship Conflict

With the development of our economy and the reform of the household registration system, a large number of rural labor force, especially in young men flocked to the cities, the issues of the rural left-behind women increasingly prominent, especially the relationship of the women stayed behind for garrison in rural area of mother and daughter-in-law is not optimistic, according to the survey, about 60% of left-behind women, expressed the relationship of the mother and daughter-in-law generally even nervous, therefore in the context of building a new socialist countryside, focusing on the relationship of rural left-behind women mother and daughter-in-law is very necessary. But most studies only stay in the aspect of theoretical analysis, research on how to solve the contradictions of the mother and daughter-in-law is. Therefore, this research will study of left-behind women mother and daughter-in-law contradiction and achieve the following objectives: on the basis of the interview to understand the status quo and characteristics of mother and daughter-in-law contradiction, then use the method of social work specialty to intervent in and help the left-behind women to improve their relation of mother and daughter-in-law, promote family harmony,and improve the quality of life.In this study, the author uses literature research, read and analyzed the related literature, and has carried on the study of relevant theory, through semi-structured interviews,the auther conducted interview to 30 left-behind mother and daughter-in-law(including 3 researching from the same family), according to interviews the relationship of mother and daughter-in-law relation type, the main reason for the mother and daughter-in-law conflicts, the adverse impact of in-law relationship is analyzed. Thus lead to the social work intervention in the relationship of mother and daughter-in-law contradiction.On this basis, the author from the perspective of social work research to intervented in and analized two typical caces in detial. After in smoothly, the author collected the information of the service object, and then discuss the feasible and the service object of service goals, and develop the service plan, the final use case study method and the skill of social work to intervent in. In the process of tutoring, I strictly follow the requests of the value of social workers, full use of the method and skill of social work, from the stage of establishing a relationship to the case, has carried out several times counselling activities, improving the service object, an easing of tensions with there relationship, finally through a variety of ways of evaluation, shows that the service basically agreed with the aim of the service object, then the case smoothly, presented the complete case service process.Finally, according to this study, the author summarized in rural social work, in collaboration with the local residents’ committees can carry out work simply, social workers to pinpoint his role to facilitate effective service experience, and reflects on the service there is some skills and methods in the process of using the unskilled, and the lack of ability.
