| The speed skating movement are popular withchildren in Changchun. With the rapid development of speed roller skating, Changchun’s children speed skating club developed rapidly. This study take the development of Changchun’s children speed skating club and the development countermeasures as the research object. Through the method of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, to investigate and study the present situation of the rollerskating club.First, the distribution of the club is too concentrated, most of them are small and medium sized, and some clubs are not registered. They are short of standard teaching venues, the use of equipment and equipment requirements are not rigid. The enrollment method is single, and the students recruitment are difficult. Lack of management and job training and performance appraisal.Secondly, coaches are more male than female, and the age structure is low. Though the education level is high, but the professional technical level and referee grade level and teaching level is low. Most coaches are part-time jobers, the number of professional background coaches are small, and the coaching period is short with the strong mobility and low satisfaction of pay.Third, the students are more male than female, the age structure is too small. The training period is short and the students loss is serious.The students’ competition performance is poor, and the satisfaction to the service of the club is low.According to the main factors that affect the development of the clubs, put forward strengthening sports administrative departments and Roller Skating Association on the club’s dual management, actively coordinate the construction site, organize regular skating competition, do a good job propaganda work. Strengthen the club’s own management, improve the quality of the club service, establish the brand effect and promote a healthy and rapid development of Changchun’s children club. |
