Skating movement are the advantages of traditional sports in jilin province,area of competitive sports has the pivotal status in jilin province,jilin province sports undertakings for the many champions,and countless honors.In recent years,in order to promote jilin province skating movement development,the promotion of the competitiveness of the competitive skating project of jilin province gradually the school sports as a skating athletics reserve personnel training base,more and more schools in the skating movement.In particular,the primary school in changchun city became the main force,the main position and the main battlefield of the skating movement.The quality and continuity of the reserve personnel directly determine the development level and scale of the skating program.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the skating movement in jilin province,especially in elementary school.Therefore,this article takes changchun city elementary school physical education curriculum in skating at the situation of project as the research object,the integrated use of literature,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods of changchun city elementary school skating at the situation of project are studied,school of changchun city to carry out the skating project survey,put forward constructive Suggestions for healthy development of the changchun city elementary school skating movement.The results of the study were concluded;Changchun city citic ShiYanJiao affiliated primary school of the communist party of China have six primary schools to carry out the skating curriculum,such as skating sports development,4.1% of skating movement of proportion is not high,needs to be strengthened.Changchun city basic no indoor skating skating course school venues,skating everyday training facilities,mainly for students to purchase,lease social skating venues equipment is given priority to.This is not conducive to the development of the skating movement.At the same time,the skating program has a variety of teaching content,which can meet the development demand of skating.In changchun city elementary school children’s affection for the skating movement was more diffuse,and did not form a sustained,active participation consciousness.The participationfrequency of the children’s skating program is mainly focused on the following two times a week,and the participation frequency cannot meet the requirement of the level of the skating.Changchun elementary school athletic skating and ice skating skating teacher professional ratio is low,not half of the skating teacher with skating teacher qualification.The professional skills of skating teachers are urgently needed.The ice-skating sports culture atmosphere,ice-skating conditions and human resource factors directly affect the development of the skating project.It is suggested that more attention and support should be given to the popularization and development of the skating project in changchun city elementary school.Create the atmosphere of school skating and cultivate students’ interest and participation in skating.To improve the investment in skating projects and the development,construction and utilization of the facilities;We will increase the number of teachers’ access to teachers and the strength of their education,and improve the professional level of skating teachers in changchun city.The skating program is the first to carry out the school skating program in changchun city elementary school.
