The goal of higher education is to train students’ ability of innovation and improve their practical ability. Cultivating high-quality talents with theory and practice ability is an important measure to deepen education reform, which puts forward with higher requirements for practical teaching and laboratory management Traditional manual laboratory management cannot meet the improvement of education requirements. With the development of Internet of Things and the related technologies, intelligent laboratory systems are able to enhance the laboratory management efficiency, reduce management labor costs, increase intelligence and openness of the laboratory and provide a strong guarantee for practical teaching.With the increase of business volume, the size of intelligent laboratory systems are expanding. The traditional single server architecture has become incapable of handling the growing volume of business. Server performance and price do not have a linear relationship, instead it is an exponential relationship. So when the traffic volume concurrency increases, a reasonable solution is not to buy a high performance server but to use ideological classification to split the business dispersed deployed on a different server, to obtain an approximately linear relationship between performance and price.This thesis studies the evolution of architecture and technical architecture of large websites in different periods of development used to analyze the website and its proven high-performance technology architecture scenarios, and provide reference for the design of the current support intelligent laboratory systems. Analyze rules and multi-level database established based on business logic based intelligent networking laboratory system, create more efficient and reasonable level database. Business segmentation and stratification, design and implement a hierarchical system of high cohesion and low coupling can be distributed deployment. In order to meet the growing intelligent laboratory systems concurrency requirements, this thesis is mainly based on Internet of Things and its related technology, using My SQL Federated storage engine,Apache MINA framework, Spring+ Hibernate and other technologies, object-oriented guidelines for the design and realize intelligent laboratory hierarchical management system. Using a buffer, priority queues and other performance indicators throughputtechnology to improve system availability. With the subsequent development of intelligent laboratory services, scalability becomes increasingly important, distributed cluster architecture technology when traffic growth can easily add new servers to the system, has good scalability, Distribution Trunking architecture technology for the intelligent subsequent development laboratory preparation.
