Research On The Status Quo Of Profession Of Graduates Majoring In Sport Humanistic And Sociology In Capital University And Physical Education And Sport

This study adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research methods, in Capital Institute of Physical Education 2008- 2012 193 sports humanities and social science graduate professional status of empirical research, we can draw the following conclusions:First, Capital Institute of Physical Education 2008- 2012 graduate students in the number of institutions working up to 103 people, the number of teachers in most industries, and most teachers in primary and middle schools. The second is the National Party and government organs, 43 people, business unit of 35 people, 11 people unemployed.Second,In the 5 majors of grade 2008 in Capital Institute of Physical Education 2012 grade sports humanities and sociology professional, occupation school physical education postgraduate students to physical education teachers, sports sociology graduate a total of 53 people, the employment status relative to other professional sports is more balanced, 35 people in the direction of economic management. Although the present situation of students’ occupation is mainly the National Party and government organs and units of the school, but most are not physical counterpart direction of teachers, English, mathematics, administrative teachers, 48 people management of sports events, although the graduate students in the national government agencies and school staff will be more, but with other professional direction compared to the management of sports events and sports direction of economic management direction in sports company more people.Third,Capital Institute of Physical Education, 2008- 2012 sports humanities and social science graduates career satisfaction is relatively high. Most of the factors that affect job satisfaction are the management style and salary of the leaders.Fourth,Capital Institute of Physical Education, 2008- 2012 sports humanities and social science graduate career related degree is low. Due to the lack of technology, a lot of graduate students in the requirements of the theory and Technology Mergers and acquisitions. But most of the students said that the research work during my graduate study and mentor students helpful for their occupation.
