Race walking is a traditional superior item Chinese athletics. Women’s race walking athletes have made tremendous achievements in the world series for many times.In terms of rules, the objective evaluation of walking exists.This paper uses the methods of literature material, expert interview, kinematics analytic and mathematical statistics to achieve research on 6 racers’ walking technique. They all achieved top 3 in the 5km walking race in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games in 2014 and the 2014 Taicang World Cup women’s 10 km race. This research shows the preliminary design of the technology mode under different speed range of the world’s most outstanding female race-walkers, to guide our country’s teenager walking training and strengthen the sustainable development of China’s women race walking.The results of the study are as follows: 1. The world’s outstanding female teenager walking athletes’ arm swinging angle is relatively stable, increasing with speed. And under low speed, medium speed and high speed,it will be controlled in:78±3 °, 80±6 °, 83±3 °.But with unstable elbow angles,there’s a large deviation between the two sides,and it could be improved. 2.Their knee joint angles are affected little by speed changes in a touchdown and is basicly in a straight position, withngle controlled between 176-180°.Instantaneous angle of knee joint in lift-offs increases with speed. Under low speed, medium speed and high speed range it would respectively : 161±3°, 162±1°, 163±2°. 3. Ankle angles of them in the touchdown moment decrease along with the increase of velocity, and under low speed, medium speed and high speed,they are controlled in: 112±3°, 111±4°, 110±2°;Lifting off moments’ ankle angle increases with the increase of speed, and under low speed, medium speed and high speed it would be respectively: 134±4 °, 135±3°,137±4 °. 4. Their thigh angles increase with speed.And under low speed, medium speed and high speed range,they are respectively: 49±2°, 50±2°, 52±2°. 5. Step length and stride frequency increase with speed.Step length under low speed, medium speed and high speed range is respectively: 1.053±0.039 m, 1.089±0.025 m, 1.146±0.037 m.Frequency in low speed, medium speed range, high speed is controlled in: 203±8steps / min, 205±5steps / min, 207±5steps / min. 6. Hang time is reasonable or fuzzy time range. Under low speed, medium speed and high speed range,it’s respectively controlled in: 0.037±0.009 s, 0.042±0.008 s, 0.050±0.006s; Range of center of gravity increases with speed, respectively under low speed, medium speed and high speed range controlled in: 8.273±0.597 cm, 8.327±0.526 cm, 8.425±0.265 cm. 7. Ankle joint swings faster forward than back Knee joint opposites. This is in accord with race walking’s technique characteristics and biological mechanics principle.Ankle and knee’s swing speed increases with walking speed.
