In order to summarize the technical characteristics of china's outstanding women's walkers,so that athletes more soberly aware of their own advantages and problems,the author followed the task force on the 2019 IAAF Walking Challenge(Taicang)women's 20 km walking competition live shooting,and the first six athletes of the game video analysis,As a data support to complete the technical writing analysis of the women's race walk ingress in our country,the technical characteristics of athletes are refined by the research methods such as literature,measurement and mathematical statistics,summarizing the technical advantages of athletes,finding out the shortcomings of athletes in the competition,and paving the way for the technical improvement of the athletes' walking skills in our country.In order to improve the results of future competition to do a theoretical reference,to improve its race walking technology to provide some help.Through the research to draw the following conclusions:(1)From the point of view of step-step cadence,the steps of the six athletes are basically increasing,but basically show an increase in step length,the cadence of different degrees of decline.Liu Hong shows the “double high” phenomenon of step-by-step consistency and step-step simultaneous improvement,and several of her athletes appear to be inconsistent with single-step frequency.(2)From the perspective of the upper limb swing of six athletes in our country,in addition to Cheyang shi sister,her five athletes have uneven front swings leading to insufficient physical stability,shoulder joint tension,is not conducive to the swing of the lower limbs,affecting the overall performance of the performance of therace.Cheyangshi sister swing technology is more stable,with the speed of speed,the rear swing range increased,the front swing is more relaxed.(3)According to the six athletes lower limb swing distance,from low speed to high speed walk,the athlete's rear armrest distance slightly increased,but the front support distance has been shortened accordingly,which is related to the athlete's hip flexibility,need to be further improved.From the analysis of the lower limb swing angle,the rear armised angle is the advantage of the six female athletes in China,but the left and right foot angle of the six athletes appear large differences and with the speed of speed,the angle of the knee joint of the two thighs overlap gradually decreases.Li Maotao,Ma Zhenxia two athletes two thighs overlap knee joint angle is small,indicating that the calf relaxed insufficient,easy to follow the back and then cause the empty foul.Cheyang shi sister,Yang Jiayu,Liu Hong three athletes of the two thigh angle with the speed of increaseare,but the left and right foot back when the two legs angle difference.(4)The difference in the front angle of the torso of the six athletes from the ground and on the ground was more consistent.Liu Hong in the final sprint stage,the ground,off-the-ground moment of the left foot torso tilt is greater than the right foot of the torso tilt;Through the study of the distance of the empty,in addition to Ma Zhenxia,the other five athletes left and right step take-off distance is more consistent;Cheyang shi sister,Liu Hong two good technology,left and right foot after the empty time is consistent,Li Maotao with the game,the time gradually increased,Wang Yingliu,Li Maotao,Ma Zhenxia three long time to take off.
