With the combination of science and technology and sports, making the rapid development of competitive sports. Athletes of the technology makes increasingly demanding. The vertical jump is the basis of many competitive sports, the vertical jump performance is the most direct manifestation of lower limb explosive, but also reflect the lower limb stability and coordination. Therefore, the development of good athletes jumping ability is very necessary. In different sports, the vertical jump ways and rhythms vary, it will affect the take-off effects. We reached the following conclusions:(1) in SJ, change the vertical jump knee angle, their vertical jump height, vertical jump early speed, strong values and average power is changing.Different knee angles vertical jumping vertical jump height are jumping in early speed was significantly correlated with most large value and there is no significant correlation between.(2) In SJ, vertical jump scores can be predicted by looking at jumping the initial speed, the maximum power can be most strongly and takeoff velocity to predict very well.(3) In the CMJ, vertical jump height and vertical jump early speed, percentage of fast-twitch fibers are significantly correlated. Regression models established in the vertical jump velocity to predict vertical jump performance, average power and percentage of fast-twitch fibers can well predict and judged instantly, percentage of fast-twitch fibers can use early speed, strong values and vertical jump height to predict.Most large value and the initial speed is a good prediction of the maximum power value.(4) SJ and CMJ comparison between two different vertical jumps, CMJ vertical jump performance, jumping speed, average power, maximum power is greater than SJ, have significant differences. Two types of vertical jump height and vertical jump velocity there is a high correlation between takeoff speed is directly affected by the height of vertical jump.
