In all sports, athlete lower limb explosive force is one of the most basic springing qualities, is the most important quality of non-periodic items, is used to correct mastering athletic technology and improving sports results foundation. Vertical jumping and Standing long jump are the most basic methods to evaluate lower limbs explosive force, with the rapid development of science and technology, Isokinetic testing system of muscle strength has also started to use to research lower limb explosive force. But how exactly degree relationship between two completely different testing means, is to be further discussed and examine closely.This research mainly use synchronous test method by ordinary speed and 3D ground reaction force, measuring vertical jumping (Counter Movement Jump, Squat Jump), standing long jump and isokinetic testing of 12 basketball special students in Xi'an University of Physical Education, it measure lower limb(hip,knee,ankle) muscle strength in different speeds and action forms by Isokinetic testing system, processing and analysing the data. Dicussing the related degree is the research purpose,prance speed in vertical jumping and standing long jump and the major indexes of the isokinetic muscle testing system (e.g. peak torque, power, pedal stretch etc.), it provide the scientific basis for testing,training,evaluating lower limbs.We get the following conclusions by the analysis of experimental results:1.In Isokinetic testing system, prancing speed in SJ,CMJ and Standing long jump, appear to be highly significant correlation in lower limbs the hip angular velocity (P<0.05;p<0.01;p<0.01); prancing speed in CMJ and Standing long jump appear to be highly significant correlation in knee,ankle and ankle angular velocity (p<0.01;p<0.01; P<0.05) accord with the lower limbs send force order. Need to intensify the training of hip is very important to lower limb explosive ability, knee and ankle are very important too;2.1t present significant correlation in Isokinetic testing system, gravity prancing speed in CMJ and peak torque of knee,ankle angular velocity in the testing speed of 60°/s,120°/s,180°/s; gravity prancing speed in CMJ and power of the knee angular velocity in the testing speed of 60°/s,120°/s,180°/s,240°/s, gravity prancing speed in CMJ and power of ankle angular velocity in the testing speed of 120°/s (P< 0.05). They can reflect lower limb explosive ability very good, it can be used as evaluation indexes for measuring lower limb explosive force and training means.3. It presents significant correlation, the power of 80cm/s in 3 testing speeds of lower limb isokinetic Pedal stretch testing, and gravity prancing speed in the action of CMJ (P< 0.01). It is better than single joint measuring and closer to actual sports. It can be used as evaluation indexes for measuring lower limb explosive force and training means4. In four different isokinetic muscle test velocities, it has no significant correlation:hip (e.g. peak torque, power, etc.)and prancing speed of SJ,CMJ,standing long jump, Knee,ankle and prancing speed of standing long jump, and suggest that has no significant, it trains hip to improve the lower limb explosive force in Isokinetic muscle strength testing. It presents little significant association on training 3 joints to improve the prancing speed of standing long jump...
