The basketball players in Qinghai province Xining Xining City Sports School as the research object,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview,logic to establish core strength training methods of basketball system analysis method and experimental method,including the training plan and training content,mainly to explore the core strength training in the impact to enhance the hit rate of adolescent basketball players jump.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks,the experimental group has designed thirteen training programs to improve core strength,core strength by 6 of them,with training equipment has 7 items,and two groups of training equipment hand optimized control scheme,the normal training group of athletes,a jumper in the data acquisition rate analysis before the start of the experiment,by using spss20.0 software with independent samples T test to analyze the significant difference,finally draws the following conclusion:(1)after sixteen weeks of strength training,the two strength training methods(traditional strength training method and core strength training method)have a positive impact on the hit rate of basketball jump shot.Through specific tests,the percentage of three jumpers in the students was higher than that before the experiment.(2)after sixteen weeks of strength training,the students of the experimental group were obviously superior to the control group in the hit rate of the one minute jump shot and the dribbling jump shot.However,there is no significant difference in the impact of the two groups of students on the hit rate of the fixed jump shot.(3)compared with core strength,traditional strength training only aims at training quantity and time,and does not carry out targeted training according to the actual situation of students.The core forces are different,and the core forces can be more effective in training the weak links of the students to make up for the weak strength of the students.In conclusion,after sixteen weeks of core strength training,students in the experimental group can not only strengthen their limbs strength,but also improve their comprehensive quality,so that they can better control their bodies and make more efficient use of their bodies in jump shot.Therefore,this paper holds that basketball players should increase core strength training in the process of strength training and make up for their own shortcomings.
