Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Aerobics Course Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges Take Yangzhou Polytechnic College As An Example

With the increasingly deepening of curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges,aerobics as a popular sport be incorporated in the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges,through professional teaching and training,to promote students' quality,we will deepen reform of the course,strengthen physical health played an important role.But it should be noted that due to different regions and provinces,cities and economic and social development,especially the education idea there is a certain difference and imbalance,in carrying out fitness course in higher vocational colleges in different areas of the building there are many problems.This paper based on the higher vocational colleges and universities sports teaching reform practice,with a new "sports and health new curriculum standard" and "national ordinary college sports curriculum teaching instruction summary" as the basis,for the analysis about the present situation of yangzhou vocational universities aerobics course,will make aerobics curriculum as the goal,adhere to quality problem analysis as the guide,in-depth review and summarize the school in aerobics existing in the construction of teachers is not strong,infrastructure is not sound,the curriculum is not reasonable,and many other issues,and through scientific analysis,attempts to put forward to strengthen the investment,improve the hardware and software facilities,curriculum innovation countermeasures,such as put forward by point with the contemporary higher vocational colleges in promoting the effective path of aerobics course,is a theoretical research value and practical reference value.Research results: Yangzhou Polytechnic College aerobics class hours each week,with third sets of teaching contents of Aerobics routines,the teaching method mainly adopts the conventional teaching methods,but also adopt some teaching methods of modern means.The school aerobics teachers team is strong,but the age is too big,and the school aerobics site is not enough to meet the teaching needs.Schools should increase investment in accordance with specific arrangements for extra-curricular activities,community activities.Teachers should develop and use new teaching methods,teaching content,and communicate with each other so as to form a cohesive force to improve students' interest in learning.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward in this paper.
