Primary school teacher through effective communication with parents, can mobilize the enthusiasm of the parents to participate in classroom management, access to strong support from parents, and thus better understand the students, families and school education to promote the effective combination, and jointly promote the growth of the students. Through in-depth educational frontline educational practice found that the class teacher communication with parents mostly through the network, and therefore the reaction because the parents do not use micro-letters and other means of communication can not be timely communication and contact with the teacher; teacher communication with parents Thereafter, the student behavior has not been significantly improved; teacher communication with parents and no regularity and periodicity, usually when there is a problem student, teacher will communicate with parents; teacher communication with parents more content around student academic performance and expanded, rarely involve students’mental health and so on. In this study, in order to communicate in class and at home as a starting point, a primary school teacher conducted research status of communication problems with parents.In this study, Yanji City Elementary School teacher for the study, use of literature, surveys and interviews and other research methods to explore the Yanji City Elementary School teacher and parent communication and cooperation policy, solve practical problems, to communicate effectively as a guide elementary teacher and parents to reference to promote cooperation between schools and parents education, and enhance home-school education together to help students grow CCDS.
