Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Communication Between Junior High School Head Teachers And Parents Based On Social Software

Education needs cooperation and support from all aspects,and the effect of education is directly affected by school education and family education.Therefore,home school cooperation plays an important role in the whole education system.The head teacher and parents belong to the two sides of home school cooperation,and the communication between them is very important in the home school cooperation.With the development of network information technology,social software provides a new way of communication between the two with its characteristics of convenience,space-time,equality and diversity,which is widely used in the communication between class teachers and parents,and promotes the improvement of communication effect between both sides.But generally speaking,there are still some problems in the communication between junior high school head teachers and parents based on social software.The emergence of these problems affects the effectiveness of communication between junior high school head teachers and parents.Therefore,we need to analyze these problems.Based on the basic theory of communication effectiveness,this paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic study on the status quo of using social software to communicate between the head teacher and parents of penglang middle school in Kunshan City,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward some targeted improvements in the use of social software Social software communication status,so as to promote the timeliness of communication between the two sides.In the process of the study,the communication frequency,communication methods,communication content,communication ability and comprehensive quality of teachers between the head teacher and parents using social software were investigated.It was found that the problems existing in the communication between the head teacher and parents in junior high school were mainly reflected in the following aspects: the communication satisfaction was not high,and the communication method was too dependent on the society The main reasons are the lack of trust between the two sides,the deviation of the positioning of social software between the head teacher and parents,the busy work of teachers,and the lack of enthusiasm for communication.Finally,this paper puts forward the following communication strategies: Based on trust,strengthening the basis of communication effectiveness,improving the content and method of communication,using different communication skills for different parents,reasonably positioning the role of social software in communication,etc.,hoping to provide certain reference and guidance countermeasures for the communication between middle school head teachers and parents.
