Education is a process of students' moral and intellectual development.Students need to learn scientific knowledge,also need all-round development of morality,body and mind,hobby,thought and behavior.This requires a combination of family and school education,rather than relying solely on school.To achieve a combination of home and school education,parents must participate in student education,and with teachers together to ensure the comprehensive development of student.The scientific,rational and efficient communication between home and school to achieve the purpose of education together.As for the schools and students' families in this specific area of the county,they have their regional characteristics.They are not simple and clear as the rural schools in their home school communication,and they are not diversified and modernized as urban schools.Therefore,this study attempts to understand the present situation and existing problems of the communication between the class teachers and parents in the county high schools through questionnaire and interviews with the teachers and parents of a middle school in Gangu County.This paper puts forward the communication strategies of the schools in this particular region.So as to enable schools and parents to work together in the education of students so that students can be fully promoted and developed.In this study,a questionnaire and interviews were conducted to investigate the communication between the class teachers and parents of a middle school in Gangu County.It was found that class teachers and parents had a poor understanding of homeschool communication,lack of communication mutual trust,communication mode is single,communication form is too traditional,communication frequency is lower and the communication is not enough science and so on.Analysis of the causes of these problems and the impact of factors,the study put forward six feasible countermeasures:First,the class teacher to communicate with parents to join the performance assessment of class teacher,parents involved in the work of class teacher assessment and scoring for communicate the situation.Second,school to establish a modern informationbased home and school communication platform,such as QQ group,WeChat group,forums,so far as to establish instant message platform,and urge the class teacher and parents to communicate quickly and timely to solve student problems.Third,the use of big data tools to analyze communicate data,strengthen and improve methods,frequency and other issues.Fourth,the organization of more home-school communication activities to encourage parents to participate in school activities,in order to better co-education with the school.Fifth,carry out home-school communication seminars or courses,and guide parents to participate in student education,with the school together education.Sixth,correct school-running thoughts,focus on students' all-round development,pass the correct education ideas,so as to achieve the basic goal of education.
