In recent years, many children especially the introverts often appear to have many psychological problems after entering junior middle school. What is more, some children appear to have the terrible thought of suicide under great pressure. In addition, people are also worrying about the higher grade students’ability to withstand frustration. Although the quality of education reform efforts are increasing, but the negative impact of examination oriented education is still widespread. Many schools lack the system of frustration education for middle school students, parents also for the child’s frustration education training efforts are not enough, etc. This series of problems lead to middle school students when they face the frustration, adverse effects on physical and mental development. If the frustration can not be effectively carried out in Middle school education, it Will affect the healthy development of the middle school education and even the quality education in our country and the success or failure of the socialist economic construction, We must Pay great attention to it, and try our best to perfect and solve it. The purpose of this research is according to the present situation investigation in the M middle school of Changbai, Jilin Province, understand the existence questions and the reasons, explore the change in the status of students’ frustration education ideas and countermeasures, in order to promote the students’ quality education and improve the quality of education and teaching services.Through the students, teachers and parents from the M middle school of Changbai, Jilin Province as the research object, by using the methods of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation and observation, the present situation of the junior middle school students’frustration education was investigated. The survey results show that junior middle school students’frustration education has the following characteristics:Middle school students generally have weak willed, poor self-control, no systematic received the guidance of frustration education, in the setbacks encountered difficult emotional self-control, make extreme behavior and other characteristics; school to middle school students’frustration education lack of systematic arrangement, teachers in frustration education teaching level and management ability is poor, lack of sense of responsibility and characteristics for the; parents of students for lack of knowledge of frustration education and setback education does not pay attention to other factors also affects junior high school students in the face of setbacks.On the causes of the problems of the middle school students’frustration education, there are three aspects as follows:The first is the middle school students’own factors, Mainly lies in the middle school students lack of awareness of their own frustration education, lack of self realization of the demand, the level of awareness and the ability to solve the problem is not consistent with, etc. The second is the school, mainly due to the school teachers’teaching ability and the way of education, as well as too much emphasis on examination oriented education, etc. The third is the family, mainly by parents’expectations, family environment, parents’educational ideas, educational methods and family structure, etc.On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the following ideas and Countermeasures for the further change of middle school students’ frustration education, namely:in middle school students, students should correct understanding of frustration, cultivate the courage to face frustration, to maintain a positive mood, master the experience of success.In school, the school should create a good environment for education students dare to challenge frustration; timely carry out mental health education; do a good job of school and family education. In the family, parents in children with difficulties and back when to encourage children; in serious frustration in the situation of children should be timely guidance; to be more for the creation of the opportunity to interact with peers and so on.
