With the further development of market economy in our country, people’s material life level had the very big enhancement, but the increase of the pressure of competition followed and the whole society is competing in a spiral. As a junior high school student is not exceptional, all kinds of pressure makes them confused about the future, and they can’t adjust themselves and response correctly in frustration, leading to abandoning and even ending in tragedy. Therefore, the task of education is not only teach them knowledge, talent and ability, but also educate them to know society and themselves, deal with frustration, have healthy psychological quality, strong will and the ability to debug themselves, this is the meaning of frustration education.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which elaborate the reason of the topics, the status, thought and method of the research, as well as the innovation and deficiency of this paper; the second part is an overview of the frustration and frustration education, clarifying the meaning of the frustration education in junior high school students; the third part through the questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods to summarize the current status of the frustration education in junior high school students of Yangzhou, analyze the basic achievement and deficiency of the frustration education in junior high school students, as well as the main problems and defects existing in the frustration education in junior high school students; the fourth part based on the main problems of the frustration education in junior high school students focus on strengthening frustration education in junior high school to put forward feasible methods and countermeasures. Mainly from the characteristics of students, subject penetrating, psychological counseling, outside activities and other aspects to research, it arms at increasing the efficiency of the school of the frustration education and providing good conditions for the development of student’s body and mind; the fifth part summarizes frustration education is a long-term and repeated education project, all parties need to work together to create good conditions for the physical and mental development of junior middle school students.
