The Problem Of Frustration Education For Junior High School Students And Its Countermeasures

Junior high school students are the future of the motherland,and inevitably encounter setbacks in the process of growing up.Frustration education for junior middle school students is the need of social development,the implementation of quality education and the need of junior middle school students' physical and mental development.Junior high school students,as the protagonists of the future participation in international competition,have received the attention of the community from all walks of life.The thesis is based on Marx's theory of man's all-round development,the law of negation of negation and the theory of pedagogical psychology as the theoretical basis.The performance of junior middle school students' frustration is poor psychological endurance,unadapted to the new environment,academic pressure,interpersonal problems,emotional and emotional problems and the shock of accidents.There are both objective and subjective reasons for the frustration of junior high school students.In the fall semester of 2017,the state adopted the textbook of ethics and the rule of law published by the people's education press,and the ideological and moral teachers should improve their understanding and grasp of the new teaching materials,innovate teaching methods and carry out setback education in the fall semester of 2017.There are some problems in the ideological and moral teaching,such as inadequate implementation of teaching concepts,inappropriate use of teaching methods,excessive pursuit of intellectual education,neglect of moral education and so on.In addition,the objective reasons also include improper family education,social adverse factors and so on.Subjective factors include physiological factors and cognitive factors.The setback education for junior high school students should be carried out from all aspects: the school should take corresponding measures to train the students' ability to overcome setbacks,implement the goals and ideas of the new curriculum reform in the classroom teaching,draw lessons from the content of the excellent traditional culture,and provide the students with the dynamic force to defeat the setbacks,and the parents change their educational ideas and be the children.To provide training conditions,and so on;the society provides various activities to cultivate students' ability to overcome setbacks;the students themselves should set up a correct view of frustration,master the methods of facing setbacks,fully recognize themselves and carry out self motivation.The frustration education for junior high school students should also learn from the useful experience abroad,so that frustration education can be more effective.
