The Hani is an ancient nationality in the southwest frontier.It has a lot of contactits between its social and cultural life with ecological environment. Its unique social and cultural network comes from the cognition and the use of the natural environment.This article is aimed at the Hani’s bamboo which are constructed in order to live as a research object in Qingkou village as the field survey to do the futher investigation. Hani villagers in Qingkou village in the course of history in harmony with the surrounding environment, the formation of a unique indigenous knowledge systems and traditional culture, these traditional knowledge and indigenous culture contains generations of awareness and use of natural resources experience, throughout their daily production, life and even among the religious. They have a traditional bamboo for cognitive system, use the system, belief systems and management system, through a four in one organic system formed by the traditional ecological wisdom, bamboo plays a role in protecting the ecological environment, Qingkou villagers preserved biological and cultural diversity, and promote harmony between man and nature.The full text is divided into six chapters, the author used the national ecology theory and research method, system arrangement yuan Yang county town of wellknown mouth new street native villagers group hani about bamboo classification, utilization, cultivation, management, protection of knowledge system and traditional culture..
