With the development of educational information, e-learning is becoming more and more common, tablet with its portable and powerful interactive capabilities, capable of carrying massive teaching App advantage as the new media into the classroom,2012 higher education and basic education version of the horizon report forecasts tablets will mainstream technology for educational applications in the future. Discusses the constructivist learning theory and cognitive-discovery learning theory and activity theory to support this research, both at home and abroad on the tablet computer’s application in teaching summarizes relevant research results.Investigation on the third part. This research document and questionnaire of primary school English teaching and pupils’oral English, learning motivation and learning strategies to investigate and prepare for better research.Fourth part of Tablet-based analysis of teaching strategies. This study is exploring the Tablet application in oral English teaching in primary schools to improve pupils’oral English, learning motivation and learning strategies research, through the analysis of relevant literature, drew a goal of teaching strategies provide the basis for action research.Part v chapters including fifth to sixth, and on the action research design, implementation, analysis and research summary. Main wantang, liuzhou city, grade four class as the object of study, conducted three rounds of research. Continue to revise and improve the teaching programmes in action research, through questionnaires, interviews, observations and other methods to analyze the results of action research, so as to conclude that a tablet-based oral English teaching in primary schools effective implementation strategies.The sixth part, summary and Outlook.
