Research On Generation Mechanism Of Minority College Students Network Mass Incidents

Our country has always attached importance to the training of minority cadres.Minority college students,as the reserve forces for minority cadres and the backbone of the construction of ethnic areas,have been supported and cultivated by the country.The frequent occurrence of network mass incidents has had a great impact on the stability and harmony of universities and society.In order to respond to the training plan for minority cadres,promote national unity,and ensure the healthy growth of ethnic minority college students,this paper uses ethnic minority college students as the research object,trying to find out the internal generating mechanism of the minority events for minority students in the network,providing strategies for the management of minority college students and the prevention of minority college students network mass incidents for school and government.First of all,according to the characteristics of ethnic minority college students,this article puts forward the meaning of minority college students network mass incidents.Based on the theory of group dynamics and the theory of value accumulation,this paper comes up with the three essential factors of the generation mechanism of minority college students network mass incidents.Events are the result of the combination of predisposing factors,individual behaviors and school control factors,and a two-stage theoretical model is constructed.Secondly,study the first phase.Combining with the formation reasons of college students network mass incidents,analysis of policy documents,and field research,this paper constructs the five-dimensional incentive system of minority college students network mass incidents.Combining with the survey data,the structural equations are modeled separately to analyze the different degrees of influence of the five dimensions of inducing factors on the event formation.Then,study the second phase.An evolutionary model based on scale-free networks is established,through MATLAB simulation,the impact of individual behavior and school control factors on the formation of events are analyzed.Finally,according to the results of the two stages,the author puts forward the strategies to deal with minority college students network mass incidents.Through theoretical and empirical research,it is concluded that network media factors,main factors,ethnic factors,university management factors,and social hot spots are the five major factors that affect the generation of minority college students network mass incidents.Among them,the main factors and social hot spots are the key factors.Internet media factors are important factors,and ethnic factors and university management factors are general factors.The accumulation of individual behavior on the network directly leads to the formation of events.The value of individual trust influences the length of time the event is formed,and the control of the school is the guiding factor in the formation of events.
