Network Group Incidents Strategy Research

With the rise of the Internet era,the Internet has become a tool that can change the way people work and even live.At the same time,the group incidents in reality can also be fully presented in the network society,or even be infinitely magnified.In recent years,the frequent network mass incidents,with their coexistence of virtual and reality,spread quickly,affect a wide range of events,complex events,and difficult control,have a huge impact on the network society and even the real society,seriously affect the healthy development of the economy and society,and destroy the social order.Therefore,it is a very urgent task to study the coping strategies of network mass incidents.Paper using Cite space visualization analysis software,integrated network at home and abroad on the status comprehensive of mass incidents,to clarify the connotation,types and characteristics of network group events and their influence,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,a deep insight into the network the real cause of mass incidents,which set beforehand prior warning,response and are obtained after the repair for the integration of network disposal countermeasures of mass incidents.The thesis consists of three parts:In the first part,the paper makes a comparative analysis of group incidents,the connection and difference between network public opinions and network group incidents,analyzes the nature of network group incidents,deduces the concept of network group incidents,and then focuses on its types,characteristics and influences through literature research.In the second part,by combing the theoretical basis of network mass incidents in China,combining with key cases,the empirical research method is used to find out the practical causes of network mass incidents in China.In the third part,starting from the warning mechanism,in-process counter measures and post-repair mechanism of network mass incidents,a three-step co mprehensive governance mechanism is proposed to cope with the occurrence of network mass incidents in an effective way.
