In 2012, the Shanghai Education Commission reforms, "high school" special "of physical education curriculum" designed to follow the "health first, comprehensive education" correct guiding ideology, practical ability and creative ability of students to promote student interest and improve athletic hobbies, so that students choose 1-2 sport movement and the formation of expertise, and gradually develop a long-standing habit of physical exercise and a healthy and civilized lifestyle, laying a good foundation for lifelong physical exercise.In this paper, questionnaires, expert interviews, field visits, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the special status of the teaching of the 12 Shanghai high schools sports, study found that special teaching has its positive side, but among the implementation there are many problems in the process. On the status of PE special education, situation of gym and teachers, security conditions, systematic analysis of related factors made the following studies: 1. There are 3 grades implemented specialled sports in the first stage of the 12 high schools in Shanghai compared to the second stage. Scope is larger in the first stage. 2. The first and two stage teachers and teaching cognitive concept more fully, but there are differences; the implementation of the syllabus of special efforts need to be strengthened; more than 70% of the students like a special class, students interested in learning special, motivation and diverse, with the right attitude. 3. Pilot projects in Shanghai high school sports teacher a serious imbalance between men and women, female teachers accounted for 27.8%; teachers are college educated and above; teach one or more titles teacher ratio reached 66.9%; teachers’ knowledge structure is imperfect, weak teaching ability; teachers tend to focus on specific sports track and field, basketball, soccer, aerobics, etc. 4. The school offers special widely, but because of practical reasons it can not meet the needs of students; male and female students in the special choice are of significant differences. 5. The implementation of the objectives of good teaching; teachers teaching and students ’ tendencies teachings discrepancy; teaching evaluation is not reasonable, accurate and effective evaluation of students’ academic level of the status quo, there is a heavy weight and light qualitative evaluation of shortcomings, the results of heavy, light process. 6. Special PE Teaching reveals the lack of teachers, lack of venues, the low level of teachers coaching situation, which limits the effect of special teaching to a large extent. 7. Special curriculum actual underprivileged; physical education management system is not perfect; PE teachers work overload, low benefits; the main factors of PE teaching quality but special influence.
