Analysis Of The Concept And Practice Of Ecological Civilization Education

There are various ways to construct the ecological civilization and education plays a fundamental role in the construction of ecological civilization. As an important measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization, ecological civilization, which is based on the inheritance and criticism of environmental education and sustainable development education,put the education as the function of changing the height of the way of the development of human civilization. Strengthening the ecological civilization education is not only beneficial to solve the ecological crisis, promote the construction of ecological civilization, and also has important significance to improve the accomplishment of the civil society of ecological civilization.Through carding the related theories, we have analyzed the internal cause of ecological crisis,proved that strengthening the important role of education of ecological civilization in the construction of ecological and had fully theoretical exploration of value, core connotation, goal and basic content of ecological civilization education fully. At last, we had a deep ponder on the practical strategy of promoting the ecological civilization education.In this paper, we consider that the root of ecological crisis lies in the people’s unreasonable values and ideology. Education can midwifery the social change by updating values and shaping behaviors, which will accelerate the development of human civilization. As the match with the construction of ecological civilization education, ecological civilization education can effectively overcome the limitations of the view of environmental education and education for sustainable development, adapting to the needs of social development and ecological civilization construction. Ecological civilization is a new type of civilization after industrial civilization, which core idea is to establish a harmonious relationship between man and man, man and society, man and nature. Based on this concept, the ecological civilization education should be made the scientific development concept as the guiding ideology, the transformation of human civilization development as the direction, so as to cultivate the formation of ecological literacy and ecological behavior ability. by contrast with the industrial civilization education which cultivate the possessive personality, ecological civilization education need to cultivate ecological personality, a new personality state, which can promote man and himself, man and man, man and nature coexistence harmoniously.Ecological personality is the existence state which abandon all alienation consciousness for people, and it embodies the social ideal and the value pursuit of ecological civilization construction. In order to cultivate ecological personality, ecological civilization education need to explain social values which advocated by the ecological civilization and adhere to the position of harmonious coexistence to re-examine the relationship between man and man, man and nature. Specifically, ecological civilization education mainly includes ecological cognitive education, ecological civilization education, ecological ethics education, ecological aesthetic education and ecological legal education.The implementation of ecological civilization education not only needs to be the macro supported by the education policy and institution, but also need to change the teaching methods and concepts. In order to make the ecological civilization education smoothly, we should strength the base construction of ecological civilization education, promote the legislation of ecological civilization education, construct a complete ecological civilization education system, and advocate the eco-experience teaching way,etc.
