In nowadays, English teaching is aimed at create diversified teaching environment for students to improve their English listening and speaking ability, and rich in methods of language input and output is an important means to improve the efficiency of English teaching. With the rapid development of modern educational technology today, information technology provides more convenient conditions for the English teaching situations creation.It include words, images and sounds and can create a good language learning environment for students. It also can maximize the mobilization of students’ enthusiasm in learning, in order to achieve perfect optimization about English listening and speaking teaching. Thus, the significance about the stratey research of creating English listening and speaking context which used in junior middle school teaching in information environment will be showed.In this study, I have cleared up the situated cognition theory and the second language learning theory, the system elaborated the information technology environment, virtual situation, how to create a story situation problem situation, drawing situation and activity collaboration auxiliary junior middle school English teaching situation, and attached to the teaching case parsing. Introduced a variety of promote the English teaching of digital resources and electronic product, rich English teaching methods.This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction part of the research include the source of this topic, significance of this research, current status about this topic, and then illustrate the idea and method of the research. The first part discusses the theoretical basis involved in the study, including concept definition and theoretical basis. The second part has analyzed present English teaching situation in junior middle school, respectively, summarized the teachers and students’ questionnaire, found the problems in English listening and speaking teaching. The third part of research is introduce the principle, conditions, strategies and methods of creating situations in detail. The fourth part is the the cases about teaching and made a very thorough analsized on the cases and pointed out the problems that should be paid attention to in teaching. The last part is conclusion, explained the existing problems in English teaching and gived the expectation of prospects.The research analysis the current situation of English listening and speaking teaching,discuss the question about context creaction principles, creaction methods and how to use information technology to assist teaching,aims to improve the English teachers’teaching level and their information technology level in junior middle school, also improve the efficiency in classroom teaching, and promote the abilibity of students’ English listening and speaking.
