The Study Of Instructional Design For "Problem Solving" In English Listening And Speaking Teaching Of Elementary School In The Environment Of Information Technology

As the new curriculun reform goes far in our country, instructional system design has begun to shift the focus to the instructional design with learner-centered and the design of study model with learner-centered.That is the background of this thesis. What this thesis study mainly is combining "problem-solving" theory with the English listening and speaking teaching of elementary school in the environment of information technology. And the purpose is to improve the situation of lack of English context, stiffness of the teaching materials, mechanicalness of teaching method, and rigidness of the teaching model. So we can improve the studying efficiency of learners, train them the ability of discovering, searching and solving problems, develop the skills of self-regulated learning and studying all-life. And in this way, we can make the hope of development in all of the aspects——from ability to the personality of the students to come true, so to make them the effective problem-solver and collaborator in the study.The thesis is based on researching and marstering a large quality of literature on the theories of "problem-solving" teaching, informationization of education, and instructional design. By analysing, studying and summarizing of them, the thesis gives a principle and a model of "problem-solving" in English listening and speaking teaching of elementary school in the environment of information technology. And by using them, an instuctional design plan of Where is the science museum? is given.The study methods in this thesis are mainly literature methodology, action research etc.
