Along with human stepping into the information age, modern information technology infiltrates into the field of education continuously. And it has had a certain influence to the Listening-Speaking Teaching model. Information technology with digital, multimedia, network and intelligent features, can undoubtedly provide more forceful support with carrying out the Listening-Speaking Teaching model effectively.This paper takes the Listening-Speaking Teaching of Junior Middle School as the study objects. Under the Guidance of Constructivism, the Theory of Multiple Intelligences as well as the Concept of New Curriculum Reform, the author makes theoretical discussion on the Listening-Speaking Teaching model under the information technology environment. First of all, on the basis of literature investigations the author reviews the present research status on the two aspects of the Listening-Speaking Teaching of Junior Middle School and the Listening-Speaking Teaching of Junior Middle School under the Information Technology Environment. Secondly, on the basis of the students’questionnaires, data and statistics, the author analyzes the present situation of the Listening-Speaking Teaching of Junior Middle School and concludes the existing inadequate in the Listening-Speaking Teaching and tries to find solutions to them. Thirdly, the author carries out a detailed study on a real case of Listening-Speaking Teaching model under the information technology environment. Finally, based on the implementation of the real case, the author gives the evaluation and analysis of the teaching effect, so as to provide the reference on the Listening-Speaking Teaching design of Junior English and implementation of the teaching model in the information technology environment.Constructing the Listening-Speaking Teaching model of Junior English in the information technology environment is only a beneficial try. It also needs to verify again and again in practice, and improves the model, so as to enrich and perfect the theory, make it extended, and promote Junior English teaching to carry out more effectively.
