With the continuous development of informational technology and the constant depth of the educational informationization to promote work, how to every aspect in the field of informational technology and education in-depth integration has become a research focus in the current industry. The rapid development of informational technology profoundly changes people’s work and the way of life and at the same time brings a strong impact on traditional education, promotes the education thought, education idea, teaching mode and the method of the profound change, so the network collaborative research arises at the right moment. The network collaborative research closes the ascendant and weak schools’ gap in resources, realizes the sharing of resources and also improve teachers’ teaching level, teaching methods and create the conditions for teachers’ lifelong learning.The article is about network collaborative research based on learning community, through in-depth understanding of learning community, the theory about the activity of network collaborative research to design the network collaborative mode of teaching and researching activities, in order to explore the three modes of the network collaborative research:Online collaborative lessons, synchronous and asynchronous network collaborative evaluation and view, network collaborative discussion, this paper expounds the three modes of network collaborative research processes and provide theoretical basis for teachers to network collaborative research.The strategy of the network collaborative teaching based on the network collaborative research’s design provides the security to be able to implement network collaborative teaching:mainly network collaborative research feasibility analysis, network curriculum resources’ development and multi-channel integration, the management of network collaborative teaching process to elaborate implementation strategy from equipment construction, the organizational construction of network collaborative research, network collaborative research norms and the teachers of network collaborative research to analyze and illustrate the network collaborative research, from the principles, mode, application about network curriculum resources development to elaborate network curriculum resources development and multi-way integration using, from the network collaborative teaching process, teachers’ self-management, the management of network platform for the management of the collaborative research activity. These three aspects to elaborate the implementation strategy of the network collaborative teaching have provided the safeguard for network collaborative research activity, the network collaborative teaching a to provide fresh curriculum resources, and form the norms of network collaborative teaching, so that provide the guarantee of the activity of network collaborative research.Based on learning community, designing the network collaborative research system mainly includes the announcement, resources, collaboration,collaborative research based on video conference, basic information, personal information, help manual. Collaborative research based on video conference includes audio module, the research questionnaire, electronic whiteboard, screen sharing module and so on. Designing this network collaborative research system can help teachers’ network collaborative research from different area and broke the boundaries of time and space and close the gap between superior and unsubstantial schools in order to realize resources sharing.
