After premier Wen Jiabao put forward the concept of "Experience China", IOT has been developing rapidly in China. Nowadays,the construction of "smart campus" is mainly focus on conventional facility such as access control and meal cost in mess hall.However,services such as Information Push and Paid Recovery,which significantly improve the quality of life,are not involved in "Smart Campus".Thus the construction of "Smart Campus Application Aacility System" is urgently needed.Considering the low efficiency of recycling bottle, casually discarded batteries and old books, this article designsSelf-help Recycling IoT System on Campus(SRISC), based on the innovative idea of "Introducing Environmental Score, Enhancing Environmental Awareness, Promoting Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, Manifesting Campus’Features".The functions of this system are as follows.(l)Self-help recycle of drink bottles,batteries and old books with rewards containing fund and score.(2)Checking up individual’s recyclinginformation on the mobile app or on the website.(3)Managing information of students(user) or the recycled content.(4)Digging out commercial value by analyzing recycling information.(5)Making full use of second-hand book by offering online-offline trade function collected books.The article firstly defines the structure and functions of SRISC,designes the communication protocol and completes the designe of the SRISC’s overall framework. Secondly,under this framework, the bottle-recycle terminal,thebattery-recycle terminal, the bottle&battery integrated recycle terminal, the book-recycle terminal and the self pick-upterminal of books are designed. Thirdly, based on Eclipse, the Terminal Server and the Android app are developed in Java.Then, based on MVC, the website of recycling system is established with interface on frontend designed by JSP, Javascript and CSS and framework functions on backend developeed byServlet and JavaBean.In the end, the whole system is tested simultaneously.The testing process and the result show that the expected goals and designing requirement are achieved.
