Objective:This study was to explore the effects of different intensity aerobic exercise on the structure and morphology of apoptosis in rat kidney. The morphological observation, kidney SOD and MDA in detection and cell apoptosis detection are studied, it can help the prevention and treatment of kidney damage caused, at the same time it can provide certain theoretical support for sports training and teaching.Methods:3-month-old healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sedentary control group 10, the aerobic exercise group 10 and excessive exercise group 10. Sedentary control group was not swimming, the aerobic exercise group and the excessive exercise group will reference Tezini GC reported methods and models to provide the animal swimming. After training, all three groups of rats were anesthetized and opened the abdominal cavity of the renal tissues, paraffin cuts prepared for HE staining and hepatocyte apoptosis (TUNEL) detection. While the left renal cortex tissue preparation for observation and analysis of renal tissue SOD and MDA contents.Results and analysis:(1) Sedentary group, on the light microscopy, glomerular and renal capsule had uniform size, clear structure. Electron microscope, the capillary chamber leaving it smooth, uniform arrangement of endothelial fenestrae; basement membrane structure is relatively clear; podocytes palisade-like projection, hole size uniformity. Aerobic exercise group, light microscopy, glomerular volume increased, but the renal capsule wall smooth, clear lacuna. Electron microscope, the capillary cavity surface uneven, uneven arrangement endothelial fenestrae; fuzzy basement membrane structure, podocytes projections shorter thicker, smaller spacing. Excessive exercise group, light microscopy, irregular glomerular renal capsule compartment is not clear, varies in width. Electron microscope, capillary endothelial thinning in a hole; to increase the thickness of the base film; podocytes projections flaky.(2)Compared with the control group, SOD content increased a litter, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), while MDA content decreased, SOD/ MDA ratio increased, there were significant differences (P<0.05); compared with the control group and aerobic exercise group, SOD content of the exercise group decreased, MDA content increased and SOD/MDA ratio decreased, there were significant differences (P<0.05).(3)Sedentary control group is a small amount of positive expression of nuclei, aerobic exercise group appears more positive expression of nuclei, excessive exercise group appears much more positive expression of nucleus. Compared with the sedentary control group, aerobic exercise group and excessive movement of the IOD score increases and has significant difference (P< 0.05); Compared with the aerobic exercise group, excessive exercise group score IOD increases and has significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusions:(1) Aerobic exercise made the body kidney gradually adaptable, while excessive movement, the kidney morphology has some injuries, and the number of apoptotic cells is increasing.(2) Compare with aerobic exercise, excessive exercise induced renal tissues more radical, made antioxidant capacity and oxidative capacity ratio of the degree of disorder more serious, body fatigue more serious.
