Development of school teaching team directly affect the quality of teaching and professional development of teachers, it is very important to improve the teaching and research team. And different teaching and research team, whether or organization teaching and research activities of the team composed of members from it has unique characteristics, so characteristic for the discipline to study the formation of the team is necessary. Primary and secondary language teaching and research team building situation directly affects the quality of language teaching and language teachers’ professional development, but now the primary and secondary language teaching and research team are still many problems, the members of a single, small-scale, team lacks diversification; less active aging members lack of common goals; loosely organized to develop freely, members of a lack of a sense of belonging; lack of awareness of research, teaching and research methods lack the like. In order to improve primary and secondary language teaching and research team, truly effective team, to promote Chinese teaching and research, through the National 240 primary and secondary language teachers questionnaires, individual interviews, which summed up the status quo of the construction of primary and secondary language teaching and research team and questions and analyze cause of the problem, put forward countermeasures. Literature research, questionnaire and interview using a great influence on the paper. The cause of primary and secondary language teaching and research team have discipline problems, three individual and team aspects, such as:disciplinary status language subjects affect the time involved in teaching and research activities, the level of understanding of language teachers teaching and research team affects its sense of participation, language teaching and research activities of the team members to participate in the richness of diversity affect motivation and results, etc. According to literature studies, surveys the status quo and cause analysis, this paper proposes should be multi-level, inter-disciplinary team to expand the scale, diversification of the implementation team; understanding language teaching and research team, establish common goals, enhance teachers’ sense of participation; establishing identity, find a sense of belonging, maintain security ties; conversion results expand radiation, team cohesion driven member; setting full-time language teaching and research staff to strengthen the supervision and evaluation to ensure the execution team; using the Internet and other learning resources and means to enhance teachers’ language literacy; a brand effect, guarantee team vitality; develop resources to promote security. The actual questionnaire scientific, issues and policies targeted the particularity of the reason for the composition of the paper innovative achievements of the meaning and value of this paper.
