Since the 20th century, non-academic education is widely followed in domestic. The purpose was to popularize knowledge of people and conduct a comprehensive literacy at first, but the crowds of all types and at all levels is to get the skills matched with the job in modern times. The country emphasizes the significance of non-academic education and put forward to build "overpass" between the academic education and non-academic education, to build a lifelong learning environment. It’s indicated in the government work report of 2016 completing the training task about migrant workers professional skills of more than 21 million. Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning outline submitted in May 2015,100 major engineering project plan involved in the next five years China pointed out that we have to finish the task to train millions of high-level, be badly in need of scarcity and backbone of professional and technical personnel every year since 2016.In order to achieve the above targets of skills upgrading, backbone technical personnel training, it’s essential to rely on non-academic education for modern on-the-job workers.And with the rapid development of information technology, non-academic education online learning platform is already commonplace. The separation of learners and teachers in time and space has brought great convenience to on-the-job workers, but also brings the truth of bad test score. To promote learning of the non-academic education online learners and improve their academic performance, the study based on online learning participation, the quantitative analysis of relationship between the learners learning and the participation of study is to get the the factors affecting learning effect and its weight, and to improve non-academic online learning teaching resources and teaching support service.The main research content of this paper are as follows:Firstly, I determined the research contents and research methods of this study by referring to a large number of literature and combing the non-academic online learners both at home and abroad.Secondly, based on combing the concept of non-academic education, online learners, learning participation, learning effect, I finally get the learning behavior characteristics of non-academic online learners by comparing non-academic online learners with traditional learners.Thirdly, reference to NSSE, the mathematics learning engagement survey project of professor Kong Qiping and adult learning theory, learning theory, interactive model theory, I establish learning participation dimension table combined with the reality conditions of the Yunnan tourism online learning platform.Fourthly, reference to established learning participation dimension table, the data collected were analysed by Person. And then the analysis influence factors are obtained. Using the questionnaire on non-academic online learners and platform staff factor, I compared research conclusion and analysis conclusion and then confirmed the final impact factors.Fifthly, I obtained the weight of factor by dimension reduction and the linear equations by regression analysis. And it is concluded that the influence of factors as a benchmark to improve platform.Finally, summarizing the conclusions and problems, looking forward to the subsequent research.
