| With the development of China’s education informatization and the increasing demand for education,online learning has become one of the most important teaching methods and is the current research hotspot and trend in the educational circle.In recent years,the party and the country attaches great importance to vocational education,vigorously promote the modernization of vocational education,vocational colleges frontline teachers encouraged to actively participate in the construction and application of online courses,trying to achieve quality,and the efficiency of online teaching,for students to provide more high quality online course resources and good experience of online learning,ultimately improve the effect of online learning effectively,We will promote sound development of online education.In this paper,first of all,online learning behavior research status at home and abroad are summarized in the system,on the basis of the definition of online learning,online learning behavior and effect analysis,online learning and other related concepts to define,and expounds the behavior science and behavioral science learning theory,learning theory of constructivism learning theory,China unicom and so on theoretical foundation,which provides the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,based on the above theoretical basis,in order to "computer application foundation" online course as a case,based on a network teaching platform to collect data involved in the course of higher vocational students online learning behavior,and through the analysis of existing online learning behavior framework of comparative analysis,in combination with the practical situation of curriculum,construction of higher vocational students’ online learning behavior analysis framework,Further determine the behavior type and behavior index of vocational college students’ online learning behavior.Thirdly,using descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and other methods,to explore the correlation between vocational college students’ online learning behavior and learning effect.On this basis,the paper further uses the multiple regression analysis method to explore the key behavioral variables that significantly affect the online learning effect of vocational college students and explore its reasons.Finally,k-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the behavior samples of all learners,and the differences and characteristics of different learner groups in learning behaviors and learning effects in online courses are discussed.The results show that :(1)the overall characteristics of vocational college students’ online learning behavior are high learning enthusiasm in the early and middle period of the course,and gradually fade away in the later period;The preferred time for online learning is afternoon,followed by evening.Pay more attention to the study of curriculum resources;Have fear of difficulties for homework,encounter difficult problems exist to escape behavior;Discussion sessions tend to be passive,preferring replies to posts.(2)The difference of online learning behavior of vocational college students of different genders is mainly reflected in the five indexes of course visit,video viewing duration,video viewing rumination ratio,test completion degree and student response number,and the mean value of female students is significantly higher than that of male students.The online learning behavior of vocational college students of different majors varies only in the number of study days,and the average number of study days of science students is much higher than that of liberal arts students.(3)A total of 10 behavioral variables of online learning are significantly correlated with the comprehensive course score.Further regression analysis shows that video viewing completion,test completion,test submission times and student response times are the key behavioral variables that affect the comprehensive course score.(4)There are great differences in online learning behaviors and comprehensive course scores among the four types of learners,which can be defined as perfunctory learners,step-by-step learners,diligent learners,and learners with both learning and thinking.Finally,according to the characteristics of online learning behavior of higher vocational students,the relationship between online learning behavior and learning effect,and the analysis results of different learners groups,the optimization strategy of online learning behavior of higher vocational students is proposed from six aspects: school,teaching platform,curriculum,teaching,teachers and learners. |
