Research On Development Of Application Technical College Of Higher Education In Post-massification Stage

After 18 years of enrollment expansion, Gross enrollment ratio of higher education in China has reached to 40%, and entering the theoretical accepted the higher education in post-massification stage. This study is set in the higher education in post-massification stage, with the theory of higher education in post-massification stage and the deveopment theory of Applied Technical College as the theoretical foundation,and analyzed the relationship between higher education in post-massification stage and Applied Technical College, and then put forward some countermeasures and paths to develop Applied Technical College in the post-massification stage of higher education.This study suggests, higher education in post-massification stage and the development of Applied Technical College has an internal logical relationship:the changes of students enrollment form in the post-massification stage of higher education, promoting the development of Applied Technical College, engineering alternate forms of learning reversed transmission the development of Applied Technical College, study the technical content boosting the development of Applied Technical College, the strengthening of concept of lifelong education and formation of a learning society, pushing the development of Applied Technical College. Speeding up the development of Applied Technical College in the post-massification stage of higher education has its inevitability.In this study research the relevant countries characteristics of economic and social development in the post-massification stage.And think the different conditions their characteristics also have some difference, but this period have a common characteristics of the economic and social development is need a lot of applied technology talents.This study suggests Applied Technical College capitalize on the transformation of economic development, adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure and the economic transformation for Applied Technical College has provided a broad stage. Speeding up the development of Applied Technical College in the post-massification stage of higher education has its necessity.This study also compares the development of German Applied Technical College, and analysis development of German Applied Technical College, discussed the admission object ,teaching methods ,teaching contents, school management,teachers team construction and so many characteristics and experience of German Applied Technical College, and get some enlightenment:To apply technical talents as the goal,auided by market demand and industry set a professional, "with ability as the standard " to promote the teaching reform,with "double-certificated teacher" for the characteristic construction teaching staff.On the basis of the study, finally this study puts forward the path of the development of Applied Technical College in the post-massification stage of higher education, from the government,school and society this three dimension respectively puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In the aspect of government,need to do well the top-level design and planning guide, the legislative management and norm constraint, strongly push forward and policy support. In the aspect of school, need to dominant and dare to as,in particular school should recognize the situation,transformation idea, set up double-certificated teacher,practice "industry-university-institute" cooperation. In the aspect of society,need to social support and public cooperation. When enterprises choose and employ person should be value capacity and ability and light degree symbol,people should be set up the lifelong education idea,society should form a learning society, In the post-massification stage of higher education,only the government,school and society efforts together to create the Applied Technical College with Chinese characteristics.
