Culture is a unique phenomenon in human society is the sum of material and spiritual wealth of human social practice in the process of creation. In the culture of human life, create a culture through constant practice activities, culture influences human behavior and development, changing people.Class is the first contact with children to class social groups, organizations, class culture is the most direct environmental impacts of the development of individual children, in order to promote the physical and mental development of children, to develop good class culture has important significance and value. Currently, the only child in kindergarten in the majority, they are used to self-centered, often for their own interests, and help care for others than less, this phenomenon has aroused the concern of educators. Emphasis on quality care for small children to develop, nurture young children in small classes "care-type" class culture, raise awareness of care, establish a caring behavior, promote the formation of young children healthy personality is important.In this study, the literature, action research, experience summarizing Three research methods, by combing the literature nurturing small children in kindergarten "caring type" theoretical basis and define the concept of class culture. Based on the content of the planning and construction of class culture and principles of early childhood care and nurture of the theoretical basis for the design of the research programs of action, action through three cycles, from early childhood care for self, for others (peers, teachers, family members) as well as on plants and animals love three aspect, the construction of classroom conduct material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture and behavior culture. Results of operations as follows:First action cycle, caring children in the physical environment and psychological environment not suited Phenomenon kindergarten significantly reduced, it is possible to love others exhibit comfortable, happy and so emotional, caring and a preliminary germination consciousness; second after the operation cycle, mainly daily life, learning, sports, games and other aspects of care undertaken in early childhood education. Child care for themselves and gradually mastered the method of care for others, caring consciousness also significantly increased, and try to use these methods to care for themselves and others in real life; performing a third operation cycle of the most obvious, the child will own and others love can turn to care for animals and plants, caring breadth widened.Through small classes in kindergarten class culture construction it was found that the development of children to care for themselves, care for others, care for animals and plants of outstanding quality has important significance and value, significantly improve the care of small children’s awareness and behavior, contribute to early childhood development and health sound formation of personality.
