As the saying goes,"No rules are difficult to make a square",rules exist in all aspects of our lives,we are also subject to rules,and children are no exception.Kindergarten routine can be divided into life routine,education routine and game routine.The routine of life is the first kind of routine that children face when they enter kindergartens.It is not only the beginning of the formation of good habits,but also a good foundation for future life and study.Scholars at home and abroad have mainly studied the role,content,implementation methods and current situation of routine life education,but there is still a lack of research on the use of action research methods in routine life education.The action research method has unique value for solving the practical problems existing in education.Therefore,it is very meaningful to conduct action research on the routine education of small classes in kindergartens.This study used methods of action research,literature,observation,and interviews.Firstly,we use the literature method to understand the current situation of routine life education,and define related concepts.At the same time,we have established a research team,determined the research object,understood the basic situation of the research object,and then used the interview method and observation method to study the research park.Pre-observation,interviews with co-teachers and senior teachers in small classes,and based on the existing problems and the basic situation of the research institute and the requirements in the Guide to Learning and Development of Children3-6 Years conventional.Secondly,using the method of action research,44 children from the S-small class of Tianshui City,Gansu Province were selected as the research object,and together with the cooperative teachers,the theme of the routine education of small class children was carried out,with the purpose of "problem diagnosis-the purpose and plan of action" The implementation of action and reflection-action summary is the action research of the link.The action research consists of three cycles,which are divided into preliminary observation and exploration stage,adjustment implementation stage and promotion deepening stage.The main contents of the study include: dining activities,drinking activities,washing activities,toilet activities and sleep activities.After three cycles of action research,the author summarized the growth of young children,cooperative teachers and themselves.The growth of young children is mainly the improvement of self-care ability and the observance of daily routine.The growth of cooperative teachers lies in the development of professional quality and the improvement of self-reflection and observation ability.The author's growth lies in the improvement of research ability and the improvement of children's cognition.At the same time,this study also promoted the progress of routine life education in theresearch class.The routine education of life is endless.After analyzing and summarizing the process of action research,the author summarizes the following suggestions to improve the effectiveness of routine education in small classes in kindergartens: First,adopt a variety of methods for routine life education.Including the hidden forces of environmental creation,using the environment to guide children's behavior,discovering the value of music,reminding young children with music.Second,grasping the transitional link,the division of labor is clear.Third,increasing the number of teachers and improving the professional quality of teachers.It is to cooperate closely with the homeland to improve the consistency of education.Fifth is to improve the suitability of the routine setting of life and meet the individual needs of young children.
