With orphan school of Jilin province as an example, it recruits from different areas of the province, orphan groups of different background, school management system reform development has experienced many times in 58 years, formed the existing management system. In the process of education management orphan students, most of the students can be strict with themselves, and positive in the face of setbacks, learning and life with optimistic attitude towards life. But in the process of student behavior management, there will still be some not so good. As some of the slightly larger students with bullying younger students for body advantage, to ask for money. Students lack self-control, often damage the public facilities in the campus; Some students are not reasonable idea that schools, social support is taken for granted, adventurous, the lack of life goals and is in a state of being ’all day long, and so on.This article main research content is the orphan student behavior management of the existing problems and countermeasures. First is through the questionnaire survey to understand the orphan student behavior management present situation, and then through statistical data analysis and result, find out the problems existing in the orphan student behavior management, and to explore the causes of the problem. Combined with practical work experience and other factors, put forward Suggestions to the orphan student behavior management.This topic from the work attitudes of the teachers, teachers to create learning and living environment, teachers cultivate students, teacher student cadre selection, teacher education and school management system point of view to understand the current situation of student behavior management, presents the following problems: poor students’ sense of responsibility, old management mode, teachers’ supervision a few teachers towards the poor, life management is not in place, the teacher training students target management is not in place, the selection of student cadres are not effective, education is not proper, the school management system needs to be improved.The main problems are as follows:minority teachers lack a sense of responsibility is due to teachers’ daily work is complicated, lack of motivation to work; management modes are due to the management concept of backwardness and lack of professional training; learning teacher supervision is due to teachers’ knowledge and not only the guidance of learning method; life management is not in place due to the existence of psychological teachers drop and responsibilities are not clear; teachers should cultivate students’ goal of management is not in place because of lack of professional management and lack of teachers; student cadre selection is not effective in the management of Teacher centered and the selection of light culture; education shall be due to occupation morality and teachers occupation burnout; school management system needs to be improved because of when does not match the actual system to develop students and lack of leadership.On this basis, the suggestions are:by reducing the total amount and increase the incentive mechanism to improve the teachers’ sense of responsibility; by changing the traditional ideas and increase management update training management mode; by changing the concept of education and strengthen the guidance, strengthen the supervision of teachers; through improving the living counseling teachers’ status and clear job responsibilities, paying attention to the appraisal, strengthen life management; through the implementation of professional management and strengthen the training objectives, strengthen teacher training students target management level; through the students’ self management and the student cadre rotation system to improve the efficiency of student cadre selection and appointment; by strengthening moral education and construction of teachers’ psychological workshop to improve education; strengthen the importance of perfecting the management system through extensive research and suggestions of leadership.
