PPCK is the teaching knowledge of physics.It is a kind of knowledge that teachers organize,adjust and present the knowledge they know according to students' different abilities and interests.In the process of teachers' professional development,teachers' PPCK is also constantly optimized.In the process of novice teacher growing into expert teacher,proficient teacher is the key stage of its growth.Based on park's PPCK pentagonal structure model,this paper makes a case study of one novice teacher and one proficient teacher in physics in senior high school from five aspects:the teaching positioning knowledge of physics,the knowledge of physics curriculum,the knowledge of students' understanding,the knowledge of teaching strategies and the knowledge of scientific evaluation,so as to provide reference for novice teachers to improve PPCK See.This paper is divided into three parts:Part I: research status and related theoriesFirst of all,by combing the relevant literature of "teacher comparison",the current research status and shortcomings of "teacher comparison" are clarified.And the research content and significance of this paper are clarified;Then,the theory of constructivism learning and teacher development stages are briefly described to provide theoretical basis for this paper.The second part: building PPCK component relationship modelBased on Park's PCK pentagonal structure and the characteristics of physics,several knowledge components of physical teaching knowledge are determined,and PPCK component relation model is constructed.Part three: a comparative study of PPCK between novice and proficient physics teachers in the senior high schoolBased on the PPCK component connection model,a comparative study of PPCK was carried out among two physics teachers in a senior high school of the city.First of all,draw the PPCK component relationship model between novice teachers and proficient teachers.Based on the PPCK component connection model,the differences of PPCK between the two teachers in the whole class are compared;A single teaching event with differences is found.And the specific PPCK differences in the teaching event are determined.Finally,through the proportion of the frequency of each knowledge component in all teaching events,the overall differences of the fiveknowledge components of PPCK between the two teachers and the different connection types are compared.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,teaching suggestions are given.In order to improve the PPCK of novice teachers,this paper puts forward specific suggestions to guide the teaching practice of novice teachers and improve their teaching ability.At the same time,it deepens the teachers' understanding of subject teaching knowledge.And it enriches PPCK,that is,the theory of physics subject teaching knowledge.
