Research On The Cultivation Of Honesty And Integrity Of Contemporary College Students

After we are getting close to the cultivation of college students’honesty view, we may find there have acquired a remarkable progress than before in our country no mater the overall level of a substantial or the development momentum.However, we may notice that,with the transformation of the social economy development and the implementation of new development concept go in deep,a series of new problems become more distinctly during the cultivation of college students’ honesty view under this new circumstance.In order to tackling these challenges,finding out the root of the problem and put forward some effective countermeasures, after having a clear distinguish about the concept and theoretical basis,the author selected the top 10 universities in guangxi autonomy zone as the sample, then made a detail statistical about more than 1444 questionnaires. Throughout this course,the author abide by the logic line of "clear concept, present situation investigation, roots factorial-problem solving",and through the research method of literature study, investigation, comparative analysis.The paper try to grasp the basic situation on the cultivation of college students’ honesty and clarify the relevant problems and deficiencies. So, it compare and contrast the college students’ honesty and cultivation condition from a "vertical" and "horizontal" two directions.The main purpose is to improve the contemporary college students’ cognition to the concept of integrity of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As a whole,the concept of contemporary college students’ honesty and cultivating show some trends like diversified development, individual differences, there are some differences, there are many pitfalls for clean view cultivation of cognition, and the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics request does not adapt, but on the whole, tend to be positive. Concept of college students’ honesty is still unclear there are cognitive, emotional complex, falters, not firm belief and other problems. The reason is multiplicity,such as the awareness of college students’ cultivation is weak, the negative effect of environmental is strong, and there exist some misconceptions and the cultivation mechanism is not sound, etc. Consequently, the paper insist that if we want promote the cultivation of college students under new normal to a new height,we must highlight the students’self-cultivation, optimize the social environment, rectify errors and strengthen cultivating mechanism,then formulate the synergy of "students, society, government, school and family" like "Five in one".
