Research On Cultivating Legal-management Concept Of Contemporary College Students

Good legal-management concept of a nation, is ideological essential to the jural c onstruction of our socialist country. Contemporary college students, are the national el ites, more reliable successors to the enterprise of socialism with Chinese characteristic s, Socialist legal construction process will have to be reckoned with far-reaching effec ts and impacts of their legal level. Therefore,cultivating and strengthening contempora ry college students’legal-management concept will have significant theoretical and pr actical meaning.This article mainly uses the method of combining literature research and empirical research, first through the questionnaire survey of the current situation of the contemporary college students’ legal-management concept, and then on this basis, in-depth analysis of the causes of the current situation, and finally from all aspects of efforts to explore the cultivate and strengthen the contemporary college students’ legal-management concept.Specifically, this paper divided into four parts. The first part, mainly on related theory of legal-management concept. The classical writers of Marxism legal theory as the theoretical origin, to the dialectical relationship among legal-management concept,legal system and despotism made a brief analysis. The second part is about pointing out the contemporary college students’outstanding problems and characteristics of legal-management concept,that is legal knowledge, legal awareness is not strong, the belief of law is vague, the ability of applicating laws is weak. This paper describes the current situation of the performance characteristics: traditional and modern collision, passive and active conflict, negative and positive friction The third part is making systematic causes analysis. The negative influence of the traditional legal concepts, the modern rule of law environment needs to be improved, the problems about universities’law education, the defects of the family education factor, students’ own factors.The fourth part is according to several major causes of actively seeking the effective countermeasures to solve the problem, that is taking several major measures of nurturing and enhancing contemporary college students’legal-management concept, Create a good social atmosphere of the rule of law, improve the rule of law in Colleges and universities to take the main responsibility of the system, parents improve family education, students strengthen self education and strive to improve the effectiveness and practicality of these measures.
