According to(2011 Edition) People’s Republic of China Ministry of Education to develop the "Compulsory Education- Sport and Health Course Standard" Compulsory physical education and health curriculum, should follow the "health first" its guiding ideology. And one of the very important work, is to create a healthy sports teaching environment, and make the Physical Education Curriculum Reform match. In 2007 Nianxia CPC "Central State Council on strengthening the youth sports to enhance youth physical view", published in 2009, "National Youth campus football activities in the implementation of the program," 2010’s "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan" are He has made it clear the importance of physical activity in the school day pupils. Especially in the "National Youth campus football activities plan" stipulates that participating in the pilot school campus football football teaching physical education to increase the proportion of the teaching content so that students should have at least two hours per week of football activity time, to ensure at least 50% of school students to participate in football activities; school must organize inter-school competition classes and grades. Therefore, a systematic, scientific and objective factors affecting the teaching of high school football to analyze the utmost importance.Taking Changzhou High School football teaching as an example, and related theories of Physical Education, using questionnaires, interviews, literature, logic induction, mathematical statistics and so on, high school football teaching process, teachers, students of football sports knowledge, willingness to participate, in-depth investigation and analysis of the status quo and influencing factors Changzhou high schools were teaching football.The results show: Changzhou City high school students to have a certain awareness of football, and there are a certain number of high school students have the willingness to accept the teaching of football, but by the current lack of middle school PE teachers, lack of venues and facilities, related to leadership not pay enough attention, shortage of funds, teaching hours We can not guarantee, teaching quality, and its influence is not enough promotion and other factors, the actual situation of unsatisfactory conduct. Therefore, in the investigation, on the basis of the study put forward:(1) to strengthen the construction of sports football teachers.(2) full use of existing funds additional space, improve teaching facilities, improve teaching facilities, to meet the students’ needs.(3) from the actual situation in Changzhou high school students starting to produce a scientific, standardized teaching system. At the same time, it suggested that schools should be more colorful to carry out some football matches and other recommendations, with a view to improve the Changzhou High School football made reference teaching theory and practice, as well as the domestic football schools, football teaching provide some reference.
