With the development of the times,the private kindergartens has become an important part of the preschool education institution in our country,and the new group of the kindergarten teachers in the post-90 s has also gradually entered the education field.The author has been working as a front-line teacher in a private kindergarten for 13 years.In his practical work,he has noticed that the proportion of post-90 s kindergarten teachers is increasing,and some kindergartens have also regarded them as the backbone of kindergarten teaching reform.The post-90 s kindergarten teachers will soon become the main force in the preschool education industry,but because of the low salary and high mobility,they are facing serious professional pressure,and these pressures will directly affect their teaching quality,and then affect the physical and mental health development of young children.This paper,based on the 90-post-teacher of the private kindergarten in Shijiazhuang,explores the factors that influence the professional pressure of the group of preschool teachers after 90,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to relieve their occupational stress.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the reasons for this paper,the research status and innovation at home and abroad,the definition of the core concept and the purpose and significance of the study.The second chapter is the research design,which explains the research ideas and methods of this paper.This article mainly uses the interview method and the questionnaire survey to carry on the inquiry to the question.The questionnaire is designed with six dimensions of individual expectation,workload,parent factor,kindergarten management,social support and development prospect.At the same time on the basis of reference to Beijing Normal University Cheng Junling,associate professor Shi Lin compiled the "primary and secondary school teachers work pressure scale" on the basis of the presentation of the first draft,according to the author in the actual work and the post-90 s teachers class,class with the experience of revision to determine the "Shijiazhuang private kindergarten post-90 s teachers occupational pressure questionnaire ".The third chapter focuses on the stress of post-90 s kindergarten teachers in different situations of private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang City,combs the occupational stress of post-90 s kindergarten teachers of different genders and ages according to the overall to specific order,and further analyzes and draws the conclusions of the research.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions,on the basis of analyzing the professional stress of post-90 s kindergarten teachers,this paper makes a deep analysis from the four angles of social support,kindergarten management,parental factors and teachers themselves,and finds out the effective methods and suggestions to alleviate the professional pressure of post-90 s kindergarten teachers.
