Research On The Turnover Of The Private Kindergartens' Teacher From Sociological View

Since the 90's of the 20th century, the private Pre-school education has been booming, the private kindergartens rapidly rising as the bamboo shoots after a spring rain, the private kindergarten teachers has also become the important part of the team.Has a stable teaching staff, is a pre-requisite that a private kindergarten can sustain and healthy development.This study drawn on the experience of existing research about teachers'turnover, from the sociological perspective, the theory of social mobility, social stratification and social role as the theoretical basis of this study, taking private kindergartens in Chongqing city as an example.Comprehensively use the literature method, questionnaire and interview to investigate the situation of the teachers'turnover in the private kindergartens of Chongqing city.The investigation from three aspects:the wishes of the turnover,the whereabouts and the reasons for the turnover.The research results show that on the wishes of the turnover, most teachers have a strong will; on the whereabouts, at present, the main turnover of the private kindergarten teachers also in the occupations, but there are significant sex difference; on the reasons of the turnover, low wages and no social security is the main reason. Based on the analysis of the turnover, the writer respectively from the social status, social security, social roles and individuals to analyze the impact factors of the teachers'turnover. At last, conclude with a strategy to stabilize the teacher faculty of the private kindergartens. These strategyies include:Thoroughly implement The People's Repulic of China Private Education Promotion Law and the Teachers Law, speed up the pre-legislative;Improve the wages of teachers and sound the social security system for private kindergarten teachers; Strive to improve the professional level of the teachers, improving the social status of the private kindergarten teachers; Give human care to private kindergarten teachers, and create a "people-oriented" management culture.
