The construction of virtual experiment center is the development trend of higher education. With the rapid development of Internet, broadband technology and virtual reality technology is becoming more and more mature and the cloud computing has been applied more widely. The major colleges and universities have set up their respective virtual experiment center. As the only one 211 university in Yunnan province, Yunnan University has not yet build a virtual experiment center. In order to comply with the development trend of the reform of higher teaching informatization and improve the quality and efficiency of experimental teaching, this paper proposes to build a virtual experiment center of Yunnan University Information Institute based on the Yunnan University Information Institute.According to the development of the virtual experiment center, this paper gives the analysis and design of the virtual experiment center architecture, studies the specific implementation technology to carry out the research. The main research contents are as follows:(1) It clarifies the development of virtual experiment center, analyzes the development situation of Yunnan University in virtual teaching and discusses the necessity and urgency of building a virtual experimental center in Yunnan University. Based on the above, this paper puts forward a research on the virtual experiment center of Yunnan University Information Institute, based on the Yunnan University Information Institute.(2) This paper makes an analysis and comparison of two kinds of architecture models adopted by the virtual experiment centers:B/S architecture model and C/S architecture model. According to the application characteristics of virtual experiment center and the advantages and disadvantages of two architecture models, it is determined to use B/S architecture model. The architecture of the virtual experiment center is designed, and the functions of the four components of the architecture are discussed in detail.(3) In order to reduce the procurement cost of hardware and improve the use efficiency of equipment, taking into account for building the hardware platform of the virtual experiment center with the super fusion technology for late expansion and innovation. It describes the concept of virtualization, cloud computing, super fusion, etc, and introduces the realization of three technologies of super fusion, including server, network and storage virtualization.(4) This paper makes a detailed analysis of demand for interaction with the virtual experiment center. The interactive interface of the virtual experiment center was designed by using the modular design method of ASP.NET. The design and implementation of user login module, user management module, and virtual experiment module is discussed and studied. The build-up of the virtual experiment center will help to get rid of the constraints of the traditional experimental teaching in time and space, solve the problem of low utilization rate of hardware equipment and high cost of experimental equipment maintenance. Students enjoy more teaching resources and improve the interest in experiments; for the school and teachers, it can improve the teaching efficiency and quality, reduce the teaching cost. Therefore, the research of this subject is of great practical significance, and it is expected to be put into practice in the Yunnan University Information Institute.
