Experiments are a very important part of physics teaching.Many laws and theorems in physics are the conclusions that scientists obtain through experiments.Students can only understand physical laws and theorems more profoundly and intuitively through sufficient experimental learning.However,the actual experimental conditions and amount of times that required by school for students to spend on experiments do not guarantee that students can achieve the learning goal of physics experiments,and teachers cannot have a clearly understanding of the conditions of students' experimental learning.In order to help students learn physics experiments and achieve learning goal,in this article will explain the designation and implementing the platform of junior high school physics virtual experiment,which includes simulation experiments,experimental learning videos,lab previews,experimental reports,experimental assessments,interesting exploration experiments,online Q&A,management of experiments and resources,user information management.This is a sharing platform of open and integrated junior high school physics virtual experiment.It aims to be a powerful tool to help students learn physics experiments and teachers to manage student learning experiments.Firstly,this article will analyze the needs and models building of the experimental platform from different perspectives,and designs the overall frame of the platform and the designation of each module,and analyze classical knowledge of representation method,with the characteristics of the problem that will put to study,the framework knowledge representation is use to describe the characteristics of physics experiment instruments,use the script representation method to describe the process of physical experiments,use Petri net knowledge representation method to describe the operation procedures of mechanical experiment.Explain the relevant knowledge of middle school physics experiment,build model for physical process,show the physical trend behind the phenomenon of physical experiment,introduce the realization of each functional module in detail,and use the flat throw collision experiment,friction experiment and Newton pendulum experiment as examples,to shows the situation of use of the platform of middle school physics virtual experiment.Finally,test the system by a system testing such as user interface test,use case test,experimental function test,user satisfaction test,and strength test,well overall operation of platform.The platform mainly integrates physical virtual experiment system and SSH-based management system.It includes the teaching of junior high school physics virtual experiment,user information management,experiment and resource management,and achievement management.It adopts B/S development structure and uses MySQL database system.The simulation part of the experiment uses a physical engine to simulate physical effects such as gravity,friction,bouncing,and collision to restore the real physical environment.The platform of junior high school physics virtual experiment not only solves the problem of experimental difficulties from the perspective of students,but also solves the experimental management problems from the perspective of teachers.
